I wanted to let you know that I have enjoyed working with you on this project. I had these displays bid out to 4 other companies. My local guy was good to deal with and was on the ball with drawings and quotes just like you. The other two companies, which would be direct competitors of yours, were terrible to deal with. I had to follow up continually and lead them through every part of the design/quote. I was extremely frustrated with them. The bids all came in slightly under yours and all displays were very close in design and materials. It was your communication and follow ups that made the decision for me. We are a family owned and operated business ourselves. I am rarely the cheapest guy in town, and I’m proud of that. You offered a level customer experience that the others did not even come close to.
